I stayed for 2 nights for a funeral service that I came in town for. The first night, the room was so hot. The air conditioner was not working properly. I let them know. The only 2 options were to leave and go to another hotel or wait until 8 on the morning for maintenance. I had way too much to hustle and bustle to find another decent priced room for my family. I was hungry. I went to use the microwave and thay was broken. The lock on the door was broken. The worst part is I'm always trying to get a room at this hotel. Lord either the price or no availability. I thought i was in luck and was so excited to stay. It was HORRIBLE! I requested that THE manager come and speak to me to rectify the situation. They sent the housekeeping supervisor. I'm so disgusted! It was 9:48 when my daughter went down to grab some cereal and milk but was told they were not filling up the milk jugs so she just had to take dry cereal. I'm so irritated, and disappointed. Highly dissatisfied.

I was pleased with the cleanliness, safety, and courteousness of this facility. I appreciated the advice I received from the concierge on how to use the trolley system (only $3/day) and where to dine. The rooms were clean, the hallways were quiet, and the staff was friendly. We walked to the French Quarter each day, and felt safe walking back to Homewood Suites in the evening. I would stay here again.

Homeless people sleeping all around the hotel. Valet attendants werenā€™t help during arrival. Check-in took a very long time. They had to ā€œfind me a roomā€. The room I received the microwave didnā€™t work and the bathroom sink drained slowly. The hotel was clearly sold out so I just dealt with it. Would return if the prices were lower.

Checked in the front desk, the lady did not greet us. While attending us she was busy on FaceTime on her phone while checking us in. Super disappointed that they charged unreasonably. They accused us of tampering with the fire alarm. Charged us 180 PLUS 250. Such a waste of time and energy trying to sort it out. Would not spend my money here for the Super Bowl. I was expecting a better experience since it was a Hilton hotel but I guess not. Such a headache.

The main inside area of the hotel was kept neat and clean. The hallways on the 4th floor (where our room was) were stained, bleached and quite gross. They need to be replaced. The room itself was good. The breakfast and staff were excellent. The outside area of the hotel was not cleaned in a timely manner. Granted thereā€™s a lot of homeless around the area. Though, there was food thrown on the front window and left there for 2 days and was there when we left. Hotel could be 4-5 stars with proper maintenance and cleaning.

Our stay was fantastic,it was close to all the things we wanted to do,the bed was amazing the covers on the bed couldā€™ve been better,the breakfast was great but it wouldā€™ve been nice to have had a waffle maker for the guests,overall I would choose this property again

Breakfast is a differential, but it could have a little more quality, diversity and knowledge, it would make a big difference!
