La Galerie French Quarter is a cute little place. It was clean and the staff was attentive if you needed something. Definitely New Orleans charm with 15 foot ceilings. It's an old place and the elevator works just fine but the stairs are recommended during your stay. I would recommend it for a single person or a couple.

I stayed four nights at this charming boutique hotel and was thoroughly surprised by the experience. Its location in the French Quarter made it convenient to access everything. The hotel itself is an older building, as expected in this area, which adds to its charm. However, there was a noticeable smell of dog urine in the hallways. As a pet-friendly hotel, accidents can happen, but it might be worth addressing to ensure a more pleasant stay for guests. That said, the hotel rooms were exceptionally clean. I always wipe down my room at every hotel, and I was impressed to find no residue here. I also noticed the scent of cleaning products through the vents, which, while potentially off-putting to some, reassured me that the rooms were being thoroughly cleaned. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and upgrades, so I’m sure it will continue to improve. If you’re looking for a clean room just a couple of blocks away from the action, this is the place to be

This hotel is close enough to the night life and far enough away so that you’re not disturbed by it. We were able to walk to everything. The staff was AMAZING. Everyone was super friendly and nice! Brandon was hands down a life saver when our flight was canceled! He allowed us to book a room for another night within an hour of checking out! I’m sure there are better places to stay - but you won’t find better people! We will be repeat customers!

The location was perfect and we felt very safe in the French Quarter. The staff were very helpful and polite. This property is located within walking distance to Bourbon Street and Canal Street Mall. What I loved best was the proximity to everything: restaurant next door, Big Hotel Chain with a Starbucks is on the SAME SQUARE BLOCK, and parking is safe. I plan to return.

This hotel was great! To my surprise, the room I booked was not then one I received, it was much better! Everything was phenomenal and I wish I stayed longer! The only thing that was a negative is the parking situation. There is really no where to park that is close to the hotel so we payed the $34 to park in the parking garage that was about a 7 min walk away. Other than that, 9/10 and I’d definitely stay again!!
