property was nice and room was nice but all of the soap, conditioner, shampoo were completely empty and the tissue was empty. TV stopped working. Staff was nice though and held our bags for us before and after our stay.

This hotel is at the center of everything. It’s a smaller boutique hotel, which we prefer, as service is usually much more personalized. La Galerie did not disappoint! The decor, location, staff, and accommodations were even better than we anticipated. It was modern with historic nuances. The front desk staff, Sean, Regineal, and Jeanette, were absolutely lovely. Housekeeping did a superb job of refreshing the room daily. We really enjoyed the coffee, tea and fruit infused water available in the lobby. Bonus, booking through Expedia gave us a free day of parking. You get discounted parking at a safe, nearby garage through the hotel as well! Much more reasonable than what other hotels charge (around $30/day after taxes). We can’t wait to come back in the future and highly recommend!

We have stayed here a lot in the past, but this hotel has severely lost its luster and appeal. While the front desk staff were friendly, that’s about the best I can report. Our bathroom had not really been cleaned well (lots of hair all over), which is obviously a huge turn off. Also it was terribly loud next to the elevator and with questionable guests in the hall. Generally uncomfortable bed and conditions overall. Next time we will stay elsewhere.

Front desk clerk was amazing. Room was beautiful but the cleaning crew did a halfway job with the bathroom. Hair on all surfaces and in all the corners of the shower. Hotel was close to everything. We would stay again but bring our own stuff to clean the bathroom.
