I recently stayed at this property for the second time, having had a pleasant experience during my first visit in the high tower. Unfortunately, my recent stay was far from satisfactory. I was assigned a room in a different tower that had several issues:
Unpleasant Smell:The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, which made the stay uncomfortable.
Noise Disturbance:There was loud noise throughout the night, making it difficult to rest.
Poor Window View: The window had thick glass that obstructed the view, making it impossible to enjoy the surroundings. It felt like the room was near some mechanical equipment or similar, adding to the discomfort.
Given these issues, I believe that these rooms are not suitable for guests and should instead be used for storage. I was looking forward to a relaxing stay before the start of the school year, but I left feeling disappointed.
In the future, I would appreciate the option to choose a room based on its specific features, not just whether it has an ocean view. I would have gladly paid more for a better room to ensure a comfortable stay. I hope you will take my feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.
