Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 full bath townhome tucked away in historic Mid-City, near Bayou Saint John and the Lafitte Greenway biking path. 4 blocks from trolley streetcar line that takes you to/ from beautiful haunted cemeteries to City Park and the French Quarter. dinning within blocks away the famous Parkway Tavern, Mandina's, Katie's and Bayou Beer Garden just to name a few. Close to the fairgrounds for Jazz Festival and City Park for Voodoo Festival. Perfect for large groups traveling to the city for a local experience.
The townhome offers plenty of outdoor entertainment space and open floor plan to comfortably entertain. We have an open concept living area and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining table. In addition to our indoor space, the front and back porches are a perfect place to relax and puff your favorite cigar after a long day out in New Orleans and on your feet. There is plenty of seating out there as well as a charcoal grill, a fire pit, and room to entertain. Other features include laundry (washer, dryer, detergent, dryer sheets, ironing board and steamer/iron combo, Smart TV, wifi and central AC.

We also have a driveway that can easily fit 3 cars. We don't recommend you blocking the sidewalk as they will ticket you for that.
5-10 minute Uber/Lyft ride to everything ! 4 blocks to Canal Street. A few blocks from the Lafitte Greenway, which is the new bike path that goes from Mid City all the way to the French Quarter! You're only 5 minutes away from the Superdome, 5-10 minutes away from the French Quarter and Frenchmen Street, 8 minutes away from the Fairgrounds for Jazz Fest and 5 minutes away from City Park to attend the Voodoo Festival!


Mid-City is Quirky, unpretentious and funky. It is Known Canal Street Streetcar, Stately Canal Street homes, Charming bungalows, Eclectic restaurants and bars

Take the trolley streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue. Walk conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two, a snoball shop, or boiling hot crawfish and a local brewery thrown in for good mix. Live music every night of the week in walking distance. Take the Canal Streetcar Line downtown or to City Park Ave.
Uber/Lyft is just a 5-10 min drive to the French Quarter & downtown CBD and Convention Center.
Walk along the Laffitte Greenway and Bayou Saint John.
We recommend taking Uber or Lyft to get around at night.

We have actually taken a step further in battling COVID-19 at no extra costs to our guests. We are sanitizing every surface with special attention paid to high touch areas like doorknobs and light switches. We have also employed a products that microscopically sprays hospital grade disinfectant in every nook and cranny of the home. And we wash every blanket, coverlet and sheets after every guest. Which means our homes are as clean as they can possibly be!

Comfortable Property in the Heart of New Orleans!

This property had plenty of space for our family of 6! We loved the Mardi Gra themed decorations and the fenced in backyard.

The condo was decorated beautifully. I will say the only issue we had was the person staying next door had some dogs that kept some of our group up all night due to the thin walls. I love staying in Mid City due to how accessible it is to so many things. This condo in particular was an excellent choice for that. The private driveway was also a plus and hard to come by in New Orleans. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

The property was beautiful and exactly as described. Hosts were responsive during booking process, check in/out was a breeze, place was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed and more. Beds comfy, kitchen supplied, bathrooms spacious. Plenty of linens and starter supplies. Great location, easy access to buses/streetcars, walking distance to a lot of things, good parking… this place had everything! Felt very safe in the house and whenever we left even when walking to the bus stops a few blocks away.

Very comfortable. Like be at home and so very nice. Family member in hospital so all day at hospital and coming in the evening back to the rental was so relaxing. Like our own home! If were in NO again this will be our first choice! Awesome!

Perfect Jazz Fest Accommodations

We had a great stay! A family trip visiting bit Jazz Fest and the Zurich Classic. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. The home is just as described with awesome decor and all necessary amenities. The backyard area was great for hanging out after the events. Can not say enough good things. Will definitely be back!

Funtastic

Great location and easy to get to different areas of NOLA. Street car access was a short walk. The back yard is beautiful! The house was wonderful and spacious. The kitchen is a little tight but we also had 3 BIG teenage boys all with us that don’t mess around about food! lol The a/c was wonderful after a hot day spent in the French quarters. All around wonder stay!

Great for a Friends trip!

I went with 6 of my friends for my birthday and the location of the property is perfect! We were able to walk to the street cars and road it into town to see the Mardi gras parade! Also a quick uber from bourbon and a bunch of other popular locations! Property was also really clean and accommodated us perfectly! Would stay again!

A very nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Short Uber drives to zoo, French Quarter, and Frenchman's Street. Rouse's supermarket is a short drive or an energetic walk away. Very comfortable for four adults. Decor leaves no doubt that you are in New Orleans. We arrive the day before the unofficial start of Carnival and the Mardi Gras tree and lights were already up. Communication with the hosts was great.

Hosts were amazing. Eagles won the Super Bowl - it does not get any better than that. Very clean. Artistically decorated. Single beds everywhere which was great. Drove within a few blocks of our destinations and walked in from there. Off street parking was fantastic.

Just the Right Amount of Calm in NOLA

The townhouse is simply beauty coupled with eccentricity. A lovely get away tucked inside a lively city. The owners were easy to contact for questions and we would most definitely look to stay here any time we visit New Orleans. It was just what we needed.

This house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in and it is so charming. The location was great. It’s a short drive to downtown or you can access the Canal St streetcar within walking distance. If you want to experience a stay that has abundant New Orleans charm, this is it!

The best New Orleans experience at home

We had a great time staying in this home. Pictures are a good representation of it and the beds we used were very comfortable. Only wish there was water from the fridge working or a brita/filter but the tap water was safe. Some pots/skillet pans available, knifes a bit dull but not too bad for cooking. Would stay again

Very fun place! Hubs and I older, sons, young adults. We knew going into it there were stairs, they were a little step for our older knees lol but tottaly fine for the younger folk :). I did sleep in the master 1 night, bed soooo comfortable! Few blocks away from the red line that takes you down to the quarter. Communication with hosts timely.. great place!

Perfect weekend getaway with kids
