We’re staying here EVERY time we visit Nola. Super quiet, clean, great customer service, and easy walk to EVERYTHING. Don’t rent a car if you stay here. There is no need at all. Taxi to/from the airport. Save that money to enjoy yourself eating, drinking, shopping, or gambling.

Very clean, quiet, and modern space. It is pet friendly and located so that everything is in walking distance. I thought the breakfast could use more attention to include items such as cereal and granola to go with the yogurt. You can hear the boats on the Mississippi and the train.

Staff was not attentive at front desk, did not smile. Room was small, no desk or chair. Had couch with only have back rests. Parking confusing near hotel, looks like one big lot but if you park in wrong place you get booted and 140$ fine. Never explained by staff. Cop car with blue lights having to patrol parking lots around hotel because of auto break-in’s, I asked the cop myself what he was doing, got that answer. Skimpy breakfast. 2 bottled juices, no orange juice. Roughly cut melon (green and cantaloupe) , plain bread , one type store bought sticky bun and one bisquick brisket, cold hard boiled egg. Staff did not help carrying luggage up steps for me. Train tracks behind property with train air horns at crossing 7am! Poor value for high price!

This was a small hotel that has recently been updated. Great location in the French Quarter if you value quiet. The room was comfortable and clean. They were quick to help with a forgotten toothbrush. Knocked a star for meager breakfast and no WiFi during my stay

The shower space is very big and gorgeous however there is no bench or anything to hold on to… had to put a towel down. Also, the shower head is a little small to say the space is so big.

Great stay.
Very cool atmosphere and clean rooms. The mix of modern with industrial was intriguing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Also loved the historical factor and the info book left in the room about the building's history.

Nice hotel in a great location. You can easily get to Bourbon street, French street, the French market, Loretta’s, cafe du monde, etc. Many of the places are in walking distance but you can quickly access these places via Uber or Lyft if you need to.

Property location is spot on! Interior design is beautiful and room was very clean and comfortable. The things I didn’t like was that the staff was rude and always in a bad mood. Really felt that they didn’t want to be there. Bar was cute but also lacked food options. Overall was an okay stay.
