The appartment was cheap and stunning. There were some cigarette butts on the balcony and dirty hand prints behind the doors. But i woukd definately stay again! Also there was a $200 deposit that wasnt mentioned on the website.

The room was great, but everything else was disappointing, mainly because the staff didn't seem to care. We checked in at 3pm on a Friday, and I checked the room manual to make sure we could order dinner from room service. Went to order dinner for three hungry kids, and they told me there is no room service on Friday to Sunday - that the manual was wrong and should have been changed. The pool was freezing and the spa only works after 5pm so we couldn't use the facilities on the Saturday. Staff just didn't care.

Our only problems (and these are minor) were that there was no info in the room about the facilities on offer (such as the swimming pool or dining room) and we weren't given any info on check in. There were no plates, bowls or cutlery which is perhaps a first for us (there were coffee cups and spoons). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The door to the bathroom didn't close properly which could be an issue for smoke alarms. We'd stay there again.

Took a 100.00 room deposit from my account. No preauthorization. Charged the full amount. Stated I had to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund. Lots of places either don’t charge or do only a preauthorization that drops off in a day or two. Additionally, the gym smells awful with worn out or broken equipment. The spa is so overloaded with chlorine as to be unusable.

I stayed in one of the apartments with balcony. It was very large and spacious. The windows had block out blinds and considering the property is on a main road, it was very peaceful inside. I would stay there again if the need arises.
