PROS: Overall the staff was pleasant. Breakfast was nice and a decent selection. Pool and hot tub were nice, however we had to request towels twice as there were no clean towels in the late afternoon, nor in the morning, just an overflowing hamper of used towels. CONS: When I booked the room I requested a rollaway cot. At Checkin I was told that they would contact housekeeping about a rollaway cot. Later in the evening I inquired about the cot; a different staff member told me there would be no cot provided even though I had requested one. I was also told that a cot would cost an additional $60.00. I told the staff member I was not informed of any issue in providing an extra cot, or of the $60.00, and that without a cot I would have to sleep in the same bed as my adult son AND if I had known prior to arrival I would have booked a DIFFERENT room. She did not make any concession to help the situation; I asked if we could at least be provided with extra bedding so one of us would not have to sleep on the floor. We were provided with an extra pillow and blanket.
