Like the location but didn't realize the bathroom was not in my room. Was hot as heck in the room. they only have heat or a/c so had to leave windows open to not over heat. Left with my left hand and arm covered in some kind of bug bites. Not bed bugs thank god!

It wouldn’t take much to make this four stars. Little things. I’d like soap in the bathrooms and maybe paper towels. In the rooms I really need some surface space. A nightstand would be nice. My floor (second) had one terrible shower and one good one. And the keycards constantly demagnetize in the middle of the night so you can’t get back in the room after peeing. Again, a little effort and this place would be just fine.

You Get What You Pay For
Upon booking, it was unclear that there is not a private bathroom for each room. To our surprise, our room accommodations were comprised merely of a bed and a sink. We were able to check in a little early and the front desk staff were friendly, which are probably the only positive things to mention from this stay. The worst part, aside from the shared hall bathroom (which only has one toilet and one shower), was the cacophony of sounds in the city, that prevented us from sleeping hardly a wink. There is no sound insulation so bring earplugs if you expect to be able to rest at all. You are getting what you pay for here. Checkout was listed as 12:00pm but we were out in the city and came back to check out and our key wouldn’t work at which point the housekeeping staff told us checkout is meant to be at 11:00am.

It is so noisy I can hear everything outside. The heat look like doesnt work. The hot water is turbid. The power outlet in the bathroom doesn’t work.

The room was extremely hot and we were unable to regulate the heat so turned it off. A man who did not identify himself knocked about 7 AM and asked to come into our room to check the heat because our thermostat controlled all the rest of the floor. I didn't let him in but turned the unit back on. I picked up the phone to call the front desk but there was no phone cord at all so it wasn't connected to anything, just sitting there. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, however.

Good until it wasn’t.
I really wanted to give this place a decent review. I stayed in one of the rooms with only a sink. I knew this since before I books. It was clearly stated in the description. Don’t know why people complain that they didn’t know. The shared bathrooms was quite clean. Less so late in the evening. The bed was comfortable and there was Cable TB and AC. They stored my bag until check in which I very much appreciated. Unfortunately the night before leaving I found a roach in my room and on the hallway. That ruined the whole experience. The location was ideal.

Did not realize it’s a shared bathroom for the floor. The toilet was so disgusting and had to be cleaned before could be used. No soap in the bathroom. Woke up to cockroaches in the room.
