I like that you can self check in and self check out, I found that very convenient for travellers, and I also liked how you needed a key in order to use the elevator to get to your room. It made me feel very safe with my experience staying here.

Overall great experience but the real heros were staff. They were amazing. I felt that they actually cared no matter what it was. From getting food late night, getting the room cleaned, or just buying a cup of coffee they were all amazingly happy to help. Will always stay there when in New York.

We loved our stay at the CitizenM so much. We were treated with goodness and kindness by all the staff, and the signature aroma that you smell and ambiance when you walk in, is amazing!!! Room was small as expected in New York but the view was AMAZING. I paid extra for the city view and it was 100% worth it. Waking up to that view every morning for 5 days was incredible.
