Very convenient location, good for my pet to go to Central Park. Rooms are a bit smaller and older than expected. I forgot two jackets in the room, called and they said someone would call me back within 24 hours, still haven’t received the call back yet.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable—just a short walk to Central Park, Times Square, and many other iconic NYC attractions. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, the convenience of being in the heart of Manhattan can't be overstated. We truly did not understand the low rating of our room, we almost switched hotels because of this. We had a corner room with a view on the 26th floor. Our room was clean, had a bathtub, and an awesome view. We would give this room a 9 because of the view.

Great Location, situated in midtown - a block away from multiple subway stations. Area is pretty safe, newer rooms are on the smaller side - which is typical for nyc. Room service cleaning everyday.

Very nice area ,walking distance from central park ,5th Ave, good restaurant, coffee shops, the hotel got 4 elevators never wait more then 1 to 2 minutes. The room is small but we wasn't there at all only at nights and maybe 1to 2 hours afternoon, always outside having fun

My mom and I had an incredible stay! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the location was incredible, the room was very clean and housekeeping was very attentive. We had a King Suite Corner City view and the views were incredible! Late at night we felt very safe walking back and arriving into the hotel and we knew that we were in good hands. Overall it was a phenomenal experience all around and would easily recommend this to someone looking to stay in midtown Manhattan!

The room was dirty - there were stains on the bed sheets of both beds and the towels still had stains. One towel even had blood. Most of the power outlets didn't work which made charging devices and using the hairdryer a challenge
