We booked a room that was supposed to be 310 ft.², but it was very small – so small that we could not open our suitcases. The hotel is in an older building, and while our room was clean, the hallways are narrow and the hotel feels old. The entrance is through what feels like a basement, lobby is upstairs. Building is very tall, but has only three very old, small, slow elevators so we often waited five minutes or more for an elevator that turned out to be full. We checked out early after one night.

The A/C was horrible. When it was on we froze, as soon as it shut off we were hot and it barely ran at night. The shower temp was either super hot or luke warm. They need a few more elevators as you can spend well over 10 minutes waiting.

Was ok the staff had bad attitudes at first which wasn't enjoyable till I had say out loud I didn’t like it. Basically felt like they were judging us off our looks because we didn’t look fancy or something, it only changed because i was purposefully around staff saying im getting tired of they’re attitudes because if im paying that much to stay there i want good customer service not some snobby entitled people. Other than that room was nice and the area was a good area to explore and had what you need in walking distance.
