The property was great for what we paid for. The shower was surprisingly good pressure and very hot. Fridge is convenient for snacks and water. Bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning is great. Didn’t like how the bed was on wheels, it moved anytime I leant against the wall or sat on it too fast. Took a day and a half to get extra pillows we had asked for when we first arrived. Good and affordable stay, i recommend

When we arrived there was another customer complaining that their room had no air conditioning. We got to our room and found the same scenario. We told the receptionist who gave us a complimentary breakfast, which we appreciated, but in the morning the entire reception and breakfast area were locked up, despite it apparently being open from 7. We checked back at 8 and it was still locked. Had a terrible sleep due to the heat. Also, the shower curtain was missing. Linen and towels were clean at least.

Was a decent place to literally sleep, bedding was very clean, staff were friendly. Was no dining options walking distance unless you want McDonald's or KFC. Outside of building and stairwell could do with a good clean.

This is close to the worst accommodation I have stayed in and this is when compared to a dirty, rat infested hotel in Egypt. Upon entry, I was greeted with terrential leaks through the roof just around from reception. Staff did not acknowledge the leak as if it were a commonplace event. The rooms are tiny, with tight, caravan-like polycarbonate bathrooms. The electronic door lock hardly worked. Not only did I not feel safe, but this place made me feel as if I had to always remain fully clothed so as to not catch anything sinister that had not been cleaned.

2 to 3 group people sat next to the entrance door(out of the booking office)smoking ,drinking ,swearing...from 4pm to 1am... We booked this place on wotif,mainly because it is a no smoking hotel,but it is not !!!, when we booked the place on wotif,it said ,it is FREE parking,but when we booked into the hotel,the staff asked us to pay $10 for parking,and pay $100 for the non-smoking deposit. We wont stay in ibis again...
