I would never stay here again. There is no coffee in rooms or in the entire hotel. The room was old and dirty, the bathroom was old, small and you had to sit sideways on the toilet. No kleenex in the room and no ice machines on the floor. The rooftop bar is not owned by the hotel and was closed for a private party. There is no food service.

The entire staff was welcoming and efficient. The atmosphere was happy and inviting. You could not beat the location for dining and entertainment. Across from Lincoln center and Theater. Really liked everything about the hotel!

I have stayed at this property multiple times and would stay again but the customer service on the last visit was not very good. According to the front desk the system was down all day and no rooms were being checked in. As it is understandable, the delivery and not answering questions was quite troublesome. I hope it was a rare day for the front desk, but definitely not the impression I wanted for my co-workers that I recommended the hotel to.

It is an older property, but I saw NO bugs of any kind and the room was updated with the TV on a moveable mount and a waterfall shower with excellent pressure. The room was small but I was alone so it worked out. The hotel is across the street from Lincoln Center and the transportation options were AWESOME!!! New York is amazing and from this location EVERYTHING was right THERE!!! Times Square, Central Park, the list goes on and on and ON!!! I ABSOLUTELY recommend this hotel!!!

This is a fantastic hotel with a beautiful roof top bar. It is close to Central Park and the Lincoln Arts Centre. You can easily walk down to Times Square and to other attractions. I would recommend and will return when I am in New York.
