Location was good very near to 2 subway stops and downtown near Wall St. The room was nice and clean. However the door was hard to open and noisy, the towels were sometimes not replaced (I guess they ran out), and I had to spend $7 on my own washing detergent as they had none.

The stay was casual the room was worth the stay. The only complaint was a smell maybe from cleaning prior to the stay and it came and went but the area was calm the hotel was quiet and the front desk staff was helpful and polite individuals I would recommend the stay

I liked my stay. The only negatives where there was not a smart tv in the room which most hotels have these days and the water pressure in the shower was very low.

The hotel location was nice. The water in the shower was not going away, or very slow, so we had to stay and wash ourselves in the dirty water which was not going away. Felt so disgusting. The other issue was the construction around the hotel which made some noise that was actually annoying. The rest was ok.

Pretty nice hotel overall, but not going to lie.... the room service is what took the cake and made this stay a 4 out of 5. The garlic noodles are out of this world and we ended up ordering them three times on our 5 day stay. Sounds wild, but the noodles are that good.
