The location of the hotel is great, near to subway and ferry as well as points of interest and places to eat. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant once, the food was good. Our only issue was the bathroom was not in great shape. There was mold in the shower and in the picture frame on the wall. The glass shower door didn't close properly so water leaked on the floor. Water pressure was good though.

The area felt safe and quiet. I had a view of the Staten Island ferry terminal, the ferries coming and going, and the harbor. Nice to walk to battery park or the east river. Good access to the subway. Staff were friendly and responsive. Very nice stay.

Great spot to explore lots of NY spots. Seaport, Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge all close by. Lots of great places to eat. Hotel was clean and had fresh coffee each morning. Glad we stayed here.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were very helpful especially with the laundry (changing of quarters for us) and getting our aircon fixed immediately when we informed them that it was not working. There are many cafes nearby for breakfast options and the staten island ferry terminal is super close by as well. The 1 subway is also a few minutes walk from the hotel! Overall, the location felt safe and we recommend it! Also, there’s a $50 USD refundable deposit per night. There was no issue with this as we got it back 1-2hours after checkout!
