Overal the room was ok. I got an adaptive room with larger bathroom than normal. What was good.Unfortunately my room was stink and the sink was clogged… I notified the front desk, but they kind of ignored me. Maybe I was not lucky at that day . Most of the time I interacted with front desk staff , they couldn’t resolve my issues. Location is convenient . Walking distance to Times Square and other Broadway attractions. This is the kind of hotel you go to sleep only.

Clean, small, great view, no iron but had blow-dryer. Minimalism but it works. Bar was fun. Like a hostel. A lot of college aged kids.

The pod is in a great location. It's very close to everything. The room was small, but worked great for what I needed. The rooms were super clean and it was very comfortable. I'll stay again when visiting New York city

I've stayed at this hotel for many business trips to NY. It affordable, comfortable, and clean. The staff always helpful. I would not recommended the restaurant on site but there are a myriad of restaurant choices in the immediate area. If you're on your own, go for the bunk bed room as its setup os the most efficient.

Not worth the price
For the cost of this stay you would expect more. Yes, I understand it’s a micro hotel, but to have the shower completely clogged and needing to be snaked our first night was not a great start. Having the bathroom sink clogged and not fixed was also not ideal. The bed frame was broken and forced the bed to tilt down to the left. The TV didn’t work with the remote only able to lower the volume but not change any channels. The toilet ran constantly as well.
