Awesome hotel. We took the Manhattan Suite with 3 kids and it worked out great. Central location and awesome pool did it for us plus great staff and service. We will be coming back

Perfect location, great hotel
We had a fantastic stay at the Royalton Park Avenue. Despite arriving earlier than our scheduled check-in, the staff were very accommodating, allowing us to relax at the rooftop bar while they prepared our room. As we were celebrating our anniversary, I made a few special requests, all of which were fulfilled. I really appreciate the efforts of the entire team at the Royalton. The location is excellent, the hotel's atmosphere is lovely, and the staff are welcoming and always ready to assist.

Guest services and hotel amenities were phenomenal. I came here for a bachelorette trip and they were so accommodating/friendly. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable (which is huge for me considering I’m not at the age where I can sleep anywhere lol). The location was prime (especially the views) and the rooftop pool was perfect for a day for relaxation after a redeye. 10/10 would return.

Great location- walking distance from train station, close to shopping and restaurants. Property amenities are great. Roof top pool, although small is a nice amenity. They had excellent service at the Vine Room and Simona- rooftop bar. Would recommend.

If you like sleep, this is not the hotel for you. The walls are so thin you can hear every movement in the neighbouring rooms and corridors. Every time a door is closed the whole room vibrates. You can hear and feel the subway every few minutes. Some days there were children playing very loudly in the corridor early in the morning. I was unknowingly given a room next to the gym and was woken every morning to the thudding of a treadmill and skipping ropes hitting the floor on the terrace right outside my window.
