Liked that it was close to SoHo and exclusive it’s exclusive surroundings nearby, but immediate area next to hotel was very dirty, and had the appearance of being unsafe….. Had an uncomfortable situation with the hotel staff the night of the check in, but the rest of the days it was decent….

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times now but this time I have to leave a review to say that Yoira was the BEST! No staff member has been so eager to connect & go above and beyond for us. It was my sisters birthday on her day off and she said she was making sure the staff did something special for us (they didn’t) but we still left feeling like queens & bff’s with her <3

I felt that the staff didn't have any information regarding what amenities came with this hotel stay. Also, we had an issue with the TV streaming (Netflix, Amazon Prime, youtube etc). The internet was not connected. We had engineering come up to our room twice and it could not be fixed. The stay was decent i just wish the staff was a bit more informative for things in the area and in the hotel.

It was a great location for shopping. The neighborhood has a lot of foot traffic on the d Sidewalk from vendors but overall seemed pretty safe. Our room thermostat wasn’t working but maintenance fixed it quickly and was super nice and helpful 😊

Hotel was good, clean enough and nice enough, nothing too special. I was disappointed by the service. When I arrived at check-in time, a room was not ready. I was polite, and asked them to just let me know when it was ready, and took at seat in the lobby about 10 feet away from the desk. I expected that they would indeed let me know when it was ready, but they didn't, they proceeded to then check in the next dozen people who came in, and made me wait in line. That was disappointing.
