Overall a good place to stay if you going to Disneyland. The bedding was clean but had some wear and tear. Things were clean and the pool nice for lounging. The restaurant was ok some good options and some options.

The hotel is very new and was comfortable for a short trip to Disney for a family of 4. Liked the option of bunk beds for the kids. The pool area was nice and there was hardly anyone using it. Great drinks and food available inside the restaurant.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I was overcharged and when called to speak to the manager Ty she stated that I would receive the amount back within 3-5 business days, called a week later because the funds were not in my bank account and she said she could not help me. Don’t waste your money or time here. There’s other hotels near Disneyland to stay at. This hotel and so called manager has been a headache now I’ll have to dispute the transaction through my bank. This place is so ghetto.

The room was very nice and clean, the pool and out side bar and games were excellent. The only complaint was the restaurants. Food was below average and the service was not that great.

The Viv was surprisingly upscale for the price I paid. I loved the options of eateries there, especially the Valencia. The staff there were very welcoming. I was in awe of view the view of Disneyland Park from our room. Each night we watched the fireworks. It was amazing! I definitely plan on staying here again.

We really loved staying at this hotel. The staff was so accommodating and really helpful with every request we had. Initially we thought the pool would be too small, but it was fairly empty during our stay and we were pleasantly surprised they had a hot tub as well. I wish they allowed children in the early hours of the rooftop pool and had adults only past a certain time. The food was delicious on the property and the coffee options at Melodys were made great. We stayed an entire week and felt right at home. Our only call out was we wish housekeeping would have swept or mopped every now and then, the floor became sticky and filled with sand after a few days. But again, we stayed 6 nights so maybe won’t be an issue for someone staying less time. The hotel was clean and nice, along with being family friendly. We would stay again definitely.

Great if you need to be near Disney
Great hotel, staff at check in was so friendly and kind - got us into a nice room right away. Room was nice, large (bunk bed room). Pro's: Large/spacious rooms, clean, beautiful hotel, great view of Disney fireworks, very attentive staff, clean pool, gorgeous restaurant view (Roof) Con's: Restaurant (roof) had very dirty floors (crumbs, food) and the chairs (both at our table and the one next) had tears and rips in seating fabric. Cabana (pool service) was very friendly, welcoming and professional - kitchen out of multiple items for food and drink though. Would go again if needed to be near Disney, would not go just for a random "lets get away" local trip" or drinks/food
