The hotel was clean and the staff was nice but the bed was not comfortable. We had a superior room. It had a queen bed with only 2 flat pillows. I had to request additional pillows. Also the bedding was very thin...nothing cozy and it was dead of winter in New York. Also there was no coffee makers in the room.

There was a doorman that was friendly upon arriving and cleaned the room with fresh towels every day..... Arrived a few hours early and was told our room was ready by the front desk but if we wanted to go in early it would cost $75.

It's very nicely located near Broadway/Times Square. Very walkable. One of the elevators and our hallway smelled horrible when we arrived- like a combo of urine and fish, but the smell did not go into our rooms and was gone by the time we came back in the evening. The beds had a thin comforter (comforter is too generous) and sheet on them, so we had to get up in the middle of the night to turn up the heat in December. But the rooms were clean. For $400/night PLUS property fees, not sure I would stay here again.

Belvedere after Christmas
Elevator usage is an issue with this property. One elevator was out of service, which really put a strain on the wait times for the remaining elevators. However, you really can’t beat the location! You can walk to Times Square if you choose. But can also GET AWAY from Times Square when you have had enough!!

Older hotel in a good location. Elevators only worked half the time we were there. Valet wasn't available every night. Heat in room worked sometimes. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was satisfactory.
