The room we were given was horrible. The door would only unlock after many tries, even after I asked and they updated the key. When I complained to the front desk, she told me to complain to the hotel owner! The bed mattress was without any support. My back almost touched the floor when I lay down. One of the lights next to the two beds had a broken switch and could not be turned on. The faucets in the bathroom were rusted. The carpet was stained on several locations. We could not control the temperature from the thermostat. The room was too hot. The room was definitely what your pictures had shows. This is deceiving advertisement. The least Expedia should can do is to refund my payment

Checked in and the room was 80 degrees. Got told there is nothing they can do, AC is off for the season. Got given a beat up, $20 box fan, told to open the windows and a promise that it will cool down tomorrow. 2.5 hours later the room is 78 but at least the noise from the fan drowns out the street noise coming in the open window.

Decent value for money but needs work
The location is spot on but at times it is evident that the place needs a lot of work. My room card stopped working several times and on one occasion I had to wait at reception for 15 mins before someone was available to assist me. The staff are polite and professional but when you have a doorman and a luggage attendant stood around doing nothing while other guests are trying to be seen at reception it’s a little disappointing. Hotel location is ideal for those looking to enjoy Timesquare, Central Park and the surrounding area. Decent value for money but it is evident as to why it’s a cheaper option that most in the area

There was some kind of protest early in the morning in front of hotel. The notice that was being made by the protesters was awful. They turned off the hot water, so when you arrived in the evening there was no hot water. The renovation happening was loud. Great location. Felt like the accommodations for the price should have included a better breakfast.

The rooms and bathroom were a bit tight, but beds were very comfy. My only real.complaint was when we checked out I dropped off my keys before going to the grab and go breakgast and was informed I would have to pay even tho i was a customer drom the night before. This was disappointing. We loved the shower!!!!!
