Good stay at the Luxor
We stayed at the Luxor for 2 nights. We were booked in by a lady with a ipad who took us out of the queue and we were able to do so using a QR code on our phone and receiving an email. The room was very clean and spacious. Went to have buffet breakfast but very busy so ate elsewhere. The Luxor was clean and airy. The atmosphere was nice. Used the pool which was welcome and nice. Bag drop off to leave as late flight was very efficient. Very pleasant stay close to the airport. Staff very helpful when asked questions.

Initial check in was put on the side of wing that had no working water. Contact help desk and the lady was rude and not helpful at all. She said they turned the water off between the hours of 1am-5am and that they expected ppl to be sleep. Now that was unprofessional to say since the hotel is located in a city that donot sleep. I hung up the phone to go to the front desk and spoke with a gentleman and encountered the same negative energy. EVENTUALLY We was switched to a different room and found out the toilet did not work neither. It was frustrating and 4am in the morning when we eventually got to settle down to sleep. When I woke up I had to visit the front desk AGAIN and the Lady was more understanding and helpful to me. They sent the maintenance men to fix the toilet but it leaked water after every flush. The shower drain was slow draining the water. It was just a horrible stay at this hotel being my first time.

nice room on the strip. More signs are needed on the main floor to find your way to your elevator, parking, food- you have to wander around the casino blindly until you get close to where you are going, signs are only near what you are looking for. Buffet is absurd, very expensive, long wait to get in then long wait for food- only on e person making omlets for IDK how many guests. Avoid the buffet, Luxor should take pointers from cruise lines.

Beautiful. Wonderful. I did use my earplugs at night. A bit of noise from outside but you couldn’t hear anything with earplugs. I was on floor 9. Great view of the entrance which is like being in Egypt. Fantastic. Egypt in Vegas. Wonderful

Property is in severe need of work. The outlets in my room only worked part of the time. My bathroom was visibly dirty around the toilet and bathroom floor was very sticky. The hallway wallpaper is tearing off the walls.two of the four elevators were out of service and the ones that were working had wiring exposed inside. Would not return to stay here.
