It was my third stay at the Michelangelo. The staff is very friendly and efficient and the room are big. Those 2 features are very rare in NYC. Highly recommend to stay there.

Walking distance to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Broadway theaters, and Central Park. This hotel requires lots of love. It is outdated, the carpets are dirty and stained, and the walls need some fresh paint.

The greetings were wonderful, the check in was smooth and the room was beautiful. The tub needed some TLC and fresh caulking. The bed skirt was torn a bit and the carpet was stained in a few places.

The location is excellent. Quick & easy access to everything from the theaters, Times Square to 5th Ave , Rockefeller center, Radio City music hall to the subway (50th St sub station is just around the corner). The beds are heavenly. The staff & service are exceptional! The pistachio & ricotta cake in the bar is devine! This boutique hotel is the absolute best. What a peanut find! We will stay here every visit to NYC!

We had a fabulous time at the Michaelangelo Hotel. Although it is an older hotel the staff is beyond amazing! They are polite and caring. The even pushed me in a wheelchair to the Broadway theater next door when I hurt my knee during the stay. We have never been treated so well. I hope we will have the opportunity to stay there again.

We loved the great service that staff gave to us. Very Attentive, lots of smiles, and friendly. Lovely entrance & lobby. Small bar. The manager surprised us with "wine and mini petit fours" for my wife's birthday - loved it!! Room comfortable - king bed spacious; Bathroom old fashioned - deep tub & a rain shower. Mini bar with snacks in room. We preferred empty fridge for our own stash. We liked the quiet of the hotel after our activities day or night (did not hear other guests unless you went outside of your room); Close (walkable) to all the Times Square action, restaurants, and transportation to go elsewhere. Definitely would return to The Michaelangelo Hotel.

The Hotel was FABULOUS, First Class. The Staff was Very Friendly. Room Service GREAT. My Only Issue was when I checked out, I was CHARGED a Residence Fee of $45. per day. I DID NOT expect that. I thought Everything was included Price I prepaid. That was a Big LET DOWN after Such a GREAT Stay.

We had a great 4 night stay at Michelangelo! The bed was super comfortable and the rooms were great for sleeping. The room is also really large for NYC. It was clean and a great location! All of the staff we encountered were very friendly!
