My family spent 5 nights and from the minute we arrived we were treated with love. The room was perfect and the fact that it's located walking distance to everything we wanted to do made our Christmas vacation even better than we could hope for. Property location is excellent. Very close to subway and points of interest. 1st room had stained sheets on bed so requested some new sheets or to change room. We were changed to a new room which was actually an upgraded room. This was a nice room. The fridge in the room didnt work but there was a notice on it that if we needed to use one we could contact reception. The cleaning lady was very helpful

Great location-large room-helpful staff. Only issue was room service. Too expensive for what was brought & need an option for pickup. $9 to deliver in the hotel!! But overall a great place.
