Overall a great place to stay. Staff in general are friendly. It just a shame at reception, that 1 guy came across as arrogant and unhelpful when my partner requested a luggage trolley and was told they were all being used to store luggage between reception.

Quiet location however not close to any groceries or places to eat. Very little parking. We had to park very far away around the block. Staff were pleasant but not overly helpful.

Our balcony room had a great comfortable bed but the bathroom was a bit dated. Shower over the corner bath with a shower curtain - awkward and slippery base. Dinner in the restaurant was great - food and staff excellent.
