The room was clean, it was a good size. I want to thank the cleaning staff for helping me when I had a problem due to the room being double booked. I walked into the room to be surprised that someone else was already in the room. The cleaning staff member contacted the reception and also looked after my bag when I went back to the reception to get an unoccupied room key.

The staff were very nice and extremely helpful would definitely stay again they went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. The pool was awesome and even though we were in the city it was nice and quiet. We got room service which showed up super quickly and we were greeted with a lovely and friendly lady and the food was awesome same with the coffee, couldn’t recommend this place more!

Overall a great place to stay. Staff in general are friendly. It just a shame at reception, that 1 guy came across as arrogant and unhelpful when my partner requested a luggage trolley and was told they were all being used to store luggage between reception.
