the night staff when i arrived on on 8/9/24 was very rude not answering the questions we were asking and looked upset and seemed he did not want to be there. when we asked the lady who was working with him about the pool hours she looked upset that we asked and said well its closed now, not even giving us the pool hours. morning staff was good.

Clean, simple and basic.
Nice clean and simple rooms with friendly staff. Basic breakfast but the 24hr coffee bar was nice. You can tell this place has been recently renovated and I would stay again.

I stayed for 3 nights while traveling on business. The internet connection at the hotel was TERRIBLE and almost unusable. The connection kept failing every minute and i would need to reconnect. The first night they put a crying baby in the room next to me who kept me up until 3am. The second night the room next door was empty so I was able to sleep. On the third night they put a family with two small children in the room next to me who kept me up until 2am. The front desk guy did come up around 1am and asked the family to quiet down but they did not. The front desk guy tried to contact the manager but no one replied. This is not a good hotel if you are traveling on business. And the clientele was a little rough looking. I would not stay again. They didn't offer me an apology or any kind of compensation for the horrible stay I had with two nights of sleep interrupted. I travel to my office in New Jersey quite often and was going to try to make this place my usual play to stay. But that is not possible and I will have to find another place. There are a lot of hotels in that area so another place should not be hard to find. The hotel was relatively new so it is clean. It took me over an hour to check in because the keyboard at the front desk was broken. The front desk person did not apologize for this long delay. The breakfast is convenient -- it is the same every day - bagels, muffins and yogurt. I was traveling as a single woman and didnt feel totally safe.
