The hotel is very nice. We couldn’t see any restaurants or fast food outlets near the hotel to get our meals. The restaurant in the hotel has limited options for food. Guests must read the email from Comfort Inn carefully to see where the shuttle bus pick up points are at each terminal. When we called the number in the email no one picked up the phone. The person who answered the other number said wrong number.

The property was clean with the exception of the walls in my room. They could stand to be painted. My coffee maker was not working and was told I couldn't get a replacement because they were locked away in a housekeepers closet. Had to wait until housekeepers started making noise out in the hallway at around 7:30 am to get the coffeemaker switched out. Called the front desk several times to ask a question and the calls were not answered. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and large with hot water. Glad I only stayed one night.

There was someone's lingerie in our bathroom. The area around the hotel was not the safest. Otherwise, the hotel room was nice and spacious. I also enjoyed the free breakfast.

Huge Blunder but Comfortable.
Well next time I’ll pay closer attention to the details. I booked the hotel as it said close to airport and had airport shuttle. Even though search was specifically for hotel near La Guardia, turns out the hotel was nowhere near La Guardia, it was minutes from Newark airport. An expensive mistake, mainly as I’m not that familiar with New York to understand the distance between airports I should have paid attention to the full hotel name. The other issue was that wifi in my room wasn’t working, went down to receptionist twice to get help, weren’t helpful at all. They weren’t helpful when I realised my mistake about location and getting to La Guardia. For an international traveller this was disaster. No internet and trying to figure out the best option to get to La Guardia. As you have cross town traffic, the trip Takes an hour due to traffic. It was a 2 hr trip from JFK the day before, traffic was horrendous.

The staff was very accommodating, the room was clean, the breakfast was OK (room was very small and crowded). However, the room was very tiny and for some reason had a metal base all around the bed which we kept stubbing our toes on. My main complaint is that the room and the whole hotel needed a remodel. The carpet in the room and the hallway was very old and worn and dirty.

The outside of the hotel is very deceiving from the pictures posted. You also have to valet your car and it is very expensive per day as well as very unorganized. The area that the hotel is in is very rough. However once you get inside the hotel is nice and up to date. Only good thing. The walls inside our room could use some repainting, and there wasn’t much lighting so it was pretty dark. Also our tv was already on when we walked in the room for the first time which I’ve never experienced before, very strange. Breakfast was basic. Won’t be coming back. Good for one night only, and barely that.

The properties look like it’s been renovated very clean on the outside inside staff for very friendly. The only issue I had was the bathroom was not thoroughly clean. There was panties left in the corner in the bathroom and I addressed it, management never got in contact with me, housekeeping came and picked the panties up with her bare hand and took them out the room, the second room that I reserve the sink was backed up!! my friend was moved to another room, but it was a downgrade. It was three of them, and they only had the one king size bed . The clerk mention that the two queen beds was sold out, and that was the only thing they had. I addressed the issue, wanting to talk to management, but no one never got in contact with me for.
