We spent four days here, and were pleasantly surprised at the room, cleanliness, and breakfast. It was a bit of a struggle to take public transportation into the city, but the highlight was Gencarelli’s pizza about a block away. Highly recommended!

They charged me for $140.00 Deposit, then as soon. I got to the apartment we had a clogged sink after I washed my teeth’s Also the same sink started to leak from the pvc pipe under the sink… I called room service and they fix the sink the next day (for a bit) then as soon we start using the sink, it clogged up again… to make the story Short, they fix the sink twice and still clogging. Even the soda machine on the third floor, after I wiped my card to get a soda the only thing that did was a noise and no soda came down so I figured that I lost my money there too. I will not make another reservation in that hotel. Never!!!!

Very noisy, the phone in the room rang twice during the night at 2am and 3 am, strong smell of smoking in the “no smoking” room. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

We stayed 2 nights. Our room was clean. Beds were made each morning and towels were replenished. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and was better than expected. The kids enjoyed making their own waffles. There were eggs, toast, cereal, yogurt, oranges and sausages as well as juice, milk and coffee available at breakfast. Staff was pleasant. Allowed us to check in a little early which was appreciated after an 8 hour drive and helped get a crib ready for us. Only complaints was that the shower was terrible! Leaked/sprayed everywhere and only worked on a very hard, unpleasant setting. Parking was an unexpected additional fee of $30.
