Elevator took forever to get up and down. Once as long as 10 minutes to go 4 floors. Construction at main entrance made it difficult for food delivery to find the place and there are no eating options at or near the hotel.

The entrance was closed off due to construction. This should have been noted on website for us. The elevators weren’t working and when they did were very slow and unsafe. The fire alarm kept going on till 3am. When I called front desk they said there is no fire, and they are trying to find out the issue

Unexpected
Only one elevator worked and was very slow. The front entrance was out of service had to use the back. The pool and whirlpool were out of service. There was limited parking. Breakfast option was great!
