After a few teething problems namely room was booked for 4 people but only supplied towels for 2 people. Once rectified stay was enjoyable. However the exhaust fan in the bathroom was caked with dust, lint, fluff.

As a smoker I totally understand and respect that all indoor areas are non smoking. However l also think the smoker as a right to do so in a safe desigated area....not on the street...which l consider unsafe at night. The other alternative to the street at this motel is in the attached club's smoking room of the Gaming Area which l found disappointing.

We booked there just for the pools. They also change colour at night.Kids love the pools ! Excellent room arrangement options to suit all travelers. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff at reception and dining, bars. Will definitely stay there again.

The place is in the middle of renovations, had to ask for an additional TV for the lounge area which the hotel staff did organise. We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids but only had towels for the 2 people and our cards randomly stoped working coming back from the pool and I had to go to the front desk. Overall average I think it has good potential once renovations are complete. The buffet breakfast was average, don’t recommend paying for it.

Well located for our needs whilst visiting the area. A new bed/mattress would improve the chance of a restful sleep - 3 stays in 3 different beds, all with the same issue of feeling every movement of the other occupant. Good to see the car park lift working this visit, especially as the stairs we’re inaccessible due to ongoing renovations.

I liked the fact that it is attached to the club next door. I was frustrated that both my TV did not work and had to call for assistance and wait 15mins for them to come then wait for them to fit tvs. Then I got woken up in morning by a fire alarm at 6:40am and got completely dressed and Out the door only to find out I didn’t need too. Then after all that no apology offered at checkout.

Great place to stay. Lovely lady on the front desk was so helpful as we booked two separate nights when our next night plans fell through. Connected to wests leagues club so lotta dining available. Rooms are great. Big beds big tv. Easy to find and easy to park.

Excellent location. Close to McDonald Jones stadium and Westfield Kotara. Rooms were standard. The foldout couch was terribly uncomfortable and in desperate need of an upgrade.

The hotel itself from the outside is beautiful aswell as the lobby. Very clean and well presented. Staff were very friendly and helpful also However, the corridors and the hotel room itself was very run down and in poor condition. Tvs, tapware, furniture etc badly need upgrading. The bed was great though, very comfortable and warm! Buffet breakfast was lovely although i thought it a little pricey for what it was
