Hotel was very clean and spacious. Gym was adequate and the pool was nice, although a little cold. There were events going on both days when we stayed there which made it a bit hectic when checking in. The rooms were very spacious and clean with a large bathroom. Overall, a good place to stay, but it gets very crowded and noisy in communal spaces downstairs.

The stay started with an awkward experience where I was given the wrong room. Efforts to change the room were not friendly at all and I was delayed for a while. After calls to hotel.com for intervention, I was later promised a better room and this they did after 2 days. The hotel experience was however very nice as the food was excellent and the team of workers were very helpful. It was eventually a very good experience

We booked one night as we needed a place to stay close to the train station. This place served the purpose nicely. It isn't anything extraordinary and breakfast could have been a little nicer but I would stay here again if I needed to.

Everything was perfect and go to this crowne plaza Newcastle Stephenson quarter for a break everytime visiting Newcastle or for just an overnight break when nearby. Thank you will be back again. 5***** every visit.
