Disappointing as the rooms were much smaller than advertised. The bath was blocked in one room so couldn't use the shower. It was meant to be fixed but after 2 nights it was not. Shower base also blocked in second room. By the third night we had to ask for an upgrade just to shower. Thank you very much to Alice as she went out of her way to assist. Dinner took an hour to receive on 2 nights with only three small tables ordering. They do a great breakfast, and the location is quiet and close to transport. There is a very helpful laundromat up the road if you need laundry done.

Second time staying here. Great room! Breakfast was good but the staffing of the breakfast and attention to detail needs improving. No glasses or dishes on the first morning and multiple tables piled up with used crockery on the 2nd morning. Staff seemed reluctant to do the clearing; standing around and almost ignoring it. Observed one staff member take a couple of dirty plates and leave the rest and not return walking past 2 similar tables. This could be so better supervised.

Corus Park was a no frills hotel that is conveniently located in Paddington that just saying close enough to the tube, but far enough away to avoid the noise. There are plenty of pubs around and it is easily walkable and right next to Hyde Park. I would recommend to friends!

The room was cold. The furnishing worn and broken. The wifi only worked if you stood in the hall. The front desk employees were indifferent and unhelpful. A disappointment over all. I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

The hotel main areas appears nice, however multiple issues with the hotel room - the door to the room did not lock upon arrival, the hair dryer didn’t work, the shower head did not stay in place and kept sliding down making it very difficult to shower, and the wifi was very slow. Overall the hotel requires quite a bit of maintenance and updating, I was very disappointed with my stay.

Traveled with elderly parents and kids. Both rooms were dirty and old. AC and toilet was broken in one of the rooms. They gave us another dirty room with filthy rugs. Lobby was always noisy and full of crowd. Staff was rude and unwelcoming. Will never go back!

Not a good night sleep and even worse breakfast
Bedroom ok just but the bed should have been scrapped 10 years ago, completely worn out terrible night sleep for both of us. No food after 9pm not even a cheese sandwich! Breakfast was a joke, if you want egg or bacon to go with your breakfast you have to order and pay extra, then when I asked for egg and bacon I was told I couldn’t!! Confused.com Sausage and cold beers ! Terrible Hotel has had a makeover but very poor cheap job in bedroom poor quality Only good point is location

My sister and I stayed here for our 10 day vacation in London. It is the perfect location being close to restaurants, the tube and Hyde Park. The room was big enough for the both of us and the hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel restaurant was a nice place to have breakfast and we also had dinner and tea. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Staff helpful and courteous. Printed directions for us most mornings. Clean rooms. Double bed sagged in the middle. Bathroom was really tight. Deep tub is difficult to get in and out of especially for short people(I’m 5’1) and not a lot of room for getting out. Been to Europe several times and all bathrooms are quirky. We made due. We also had to put our clothes wherever there was room. I loved that it was an old building 1800’s. Could not tell with certain updates. Tea and instant coffee in room.

Location is perfect. Hyde Park and Italian Gardens directly across the street and the Lancaster Gate underground is a short two blocks away. Super convenient! Great service at the hotel as well.
