Prompt and efficient check in. Receptionist needs to show a bit of warmth about her. They take £50 off you by card payment in addition to anything else that youve aid, which I think is cheeky, especially as we incurred no extra charges whilst staying overnight. Room spacious and comfortable but the bed not so. Was like sleeping on the floor. Nice place decent bar area. Limited cramped parking (used the street) on the front. Would stay here again.

What a hotel. So much for families and children all included, parks, arts and crafts, games tables, silent disco, pool and sauna, board games, buckets and spades, milk cookies and bed time stories for the kids at reception, stunning views, staff excellent, hotel was clean and friendly. Great hotel for families and very child friendly orientated.. The hotel and room was very clean throughout and spacious. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay and will definitely go back again for a mini break. Food could be better with a more extensive menu.
