Immaculate rooms and very comfortable
Lovely rooms in immaculate condition, and very comfortable. It was very close to the station, and an easy walk to the Promenade des Anglais (with a small supermarket on the way) and to the old town. The only incovenience was the poor WiFi which only works properly on the ground floor. I was warned about this at reception, but it should really be mentioned on the website. However, there is a Starbucks with good WiFi at the station, and no doubt elsewhere.

Wonderful affordable place in central Nice location. Train station less than a minute walk. Beautiful walkable spot. Very close to old town and waterfront. Friendly and helpful staff! Loved it.

It was a good experience. Providing water to the guest might not be a bad idea. Increasing the lighting in the hallway would be a great idea, however the light is on a movement based set up. Check remote control to ensure that they are working. This is a clean property, the staff is caring and concerned about your needs. They will help guide you toward the areas you might want to go to and provide you with good advice. Overall, a good experience, I would recommend this property to future travelers.

Never got to stay here, have spent the last 4 days in Athens with Covid. Cancelling flight to Nice was also impossible. I think you need to make it a priority to have a better system for sick people to cancel/reorganise their bookings! I can even give you feedback without rating a hotel I never stayed at!

Great hotel. Perfect location
Great little hotel in a great location. Room was very clean and the staff always friendly. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach. The main train station for Nice is one street over from the hotel. Tram stop to the airport is a 3 minute walk. Highly recommended.

Great location, worth a stay
A nice hotel 3 mins from train station and a 10 min walk to the seafront. Shops and restaurants all near by. 4 stars given and not 5 for these reasons. The room was lovely and clean, a decent bed. A fridge and safe included. No kettle or tea making facility. The bathroom door was missing a handle and the shower rail was missing some clips which let the head slip up and down. No big deal but should have been easily fixed. Would happily stay there again.

Very nice modern room attractively decorated with comfortable mattresses and a modern bathroom. Cleaning of the room was excellent. Breakfast was good, basic continental breakfast . Excellent location within walking distance to some good restaurants, a laundry mat and the train station and public transportation. I would stay here again.

Arrived early (AM) but checkin was not until 15:00 and we just wanted to drop our cases off. However we we informed by the Duty Manager that a room was available which was great. During our stay needed iron and ironing board and a replacement hairdryer which was no problem for the Duty Manager who was excellent. Only used hotel as a base for exploring area.

Clean, comfortable bed and washroom. Staff were nice and welcoming. Quiet and safe. We booked a 3-star hotel and we got a 3-star hotel! Not luxurious but it did the trick. Solid option for travellers on a budget.

I love staying here, the location is great if you wish to use the train station to travel to other towns. The staff are also incredibly helpful, they let us check in 5 hours early (free of charge) and helped with anything we asked for. The cleaners were also lovely any very efficient in cleaning the rooms. The beds were comfortable and shower pressure strong. This was my second stay here and I would certainly book this hotel again.

Perfect location, near the station and a short walk into town. Aircon was excellent. My gripes were firstly apart from a small shelving unit there was no-where to put anything. A tiny table, tiny bedside table, no shelving at all in the bathroom/wet room (do you put your clean clothes and towel on the floor or the toilet?), toiletry bags on the floor. Next was we had no real window (small one opened onto staff area so we kept it closed). Lastly we were disturbed during the night by staff moving service trolleys around and talking. Other than that it was good, room a decent size, hotel felt safe.
