Nestled in a green setting, our bungalow is very luminous due to its south-west exposure. It is located in a large property with trees, especially olive trees and Mediterranean plants; the house is located at the end of the propriety. Self-catering, single storey, and cannot be overlooked from the outside. Furnished with style, the antique furniture is functional for the pleasure and the comfort of our guests who can also enjoy the equipped kitchen. There are two large terraces, one is equipped for relaxation and idleness, the other for a barbecue evening to enjoy your holidays. At happy hour, you may prefer to stay by the pool and relax in the serenity of the place. There is nothing you have to worry about. There is parking on the property. In 10 minutes, you can reach the tram station (parking is free of charge all day long) and the A8 motorway toward Antibes, Cannes Saint-Tropez, Monaco, Montecarlo, and Menton on one side, and Italy on the other. If you do not have a car, you can take the bus 2 minutes away from the property. You must know that in summer, in the Riviera many entertainment activities are held.

Nice Getaway
We had a wonderful stay, Jacques and Solange are great hosts. While we were there they kept the pool open for us late in the season. Solange was very helpful with recommendations of places to eat and visit. And Jacques shared his jam and olive spread he made from his own orchard with us. It’s a great quiet location with easy access to explore the many towns in the region. They made our visit very special

Sanctuary in the hills of Nice
Great stay at Solange’s place in the hills of Nice. The separate house and terrace are lovely. The pool is terrific. You need a car to get access to this listing. We were already familiar with the surrounding area so this was a great spot to use as our base (trips to Eze and the Chagall museum and cimiez). The pool was a real pleasure and we enjoyed breakfast and cocktails on the terrace. Solange had great restaurant recommendations. The place can be difficult to find (go all the way down the private drive to find it).

Challenging drive with a beautiful view!
Bonjour, this property is located North of the big city of Nice. You really need a car to climb the very steep and 15 minute drive up & down from the city of Nice. You should have full mobility in your body to stay at this property, lots of stairs and cascading landscape.Beautiful! This property is suited for up to 3 people who want to enjoy the view, swim in the pool and relax.(1single bed,1 double bed) The kitchen is small but has all the amenities. You need a gps to locate the entrance from the Main Street down the long stone road to the property.There are only lights half way down. The beds are very comfortable, the washroom toilet seat needs replacement, but the shower had good hot water! Solonge was extremely friendly and helpful. You want to try the Boulanger once you reach rue Pessicart for their fresh bread, pastries & coffee in the morning !

Lovely setting, with kind and thoughtful hosts
The guest house was very comfortable, in a nice hillside setting amidst a wide collection of interesting plants and trees. The hosts are friendly, and provided a number of unexpected welcome gifts, including wine, jam, and a few cold beverages in the refrigerator. Bring your own Nespresso pods :) The driveway to the house is not obvious, so be sure to call before you arrive for specific directions (you cannot see the house from the road). 5-7 minute walk from a patisserie, a SPAR and a pizzeria. We were mostly down the mountain in Nice during the day, and wished we could have spent more time relaxing at this beautiful property.

Suburban Retreat
Solange and Jacques were very sweet and treated us to champagne for our 25th wedding anniversary. Not close to the city centre, and for sure you will need a car and be comfortable driving on the narrow steep roads, but it was a perfect spot to relax after a hot day sight seeing. The views from the pool were to die for. Felt like were in the countryside with no close neighbours looking over us. Jacques picked lemons for us - so delicious. Very memorable place

My girlfriend and I stayed for 10 days this month and had a wonderful time.
Solange and Jacque were very friendly. The pool was lovely, private and with a wonderful view. The atmosphere was so relaxing and peaceful and we were given complete privacy. I would recommend it to anyone.

Generally ok, but some facilities listed missing.
Good overall but lacks Air conditioning despite being listed. Also lacks Hot Tub. This turned out to be a single jet in the unheated pool which was disappointing. Air conditioning was a much needed feature due to the heat in July. So much so we had to purchase a portable one to make the stay pleasant. Still awaiting deposit return. Good overall but beware of property shortcomings and misleading listing. Also no wifi despite also being listed. Bed is extremely uncomfortable, your better off on the sofa. That isn’t a sofa but a single bed. Property has a serious Ant problem, you’ll be sharing your breakfast with them. Have reported to homeaway.

Fantastic accommodation for 2 with pool
This is a great property for a couple to stay in a quiet location in one of Nice's 5 hills. If you want homeliness and a relaxing holiday with a great terrace space and a pool this is the one for you. The owners Solange and Jacques are very welcoming and friendly and they both speak a little English. The property is compact but has everything you'd want from a self catering accommodation. Its very well equipped with everything you need within the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, terraces and pool. We stayed here at the beginning of June and the weather was perfect. We used the pool everyday, towels and loungers provided. We used the electric Weber BBQ most evenings and were able to sit outside in the separate area next to the BBQ for our evening meals. It is quite difficult to find the first time my tip is approach the accommodation from Nice via Route de Saint Pierre de Feric and the Ave des Oliviers. Once you've reached the end of the Ave des Olivers and turn right onto the Ave de Pessicart you then go past a School on your right As you drive down the road you will then see the white gate and trees and no 437. We will definitely be returning soon. Thanks you so much Solange and Jacques.

Fictional house with beautiful view on the hights of nice
Quite small, but well organised house in an antique style. Bathroom newly renovated. There is a beautiful terrace in front of the house with plenty of opportunities to relax and a marvellous swimming pool in the lower part of a great garden. The landlords are very kind and helpful. You will need a car and it will take you at best 20 minutes to get down to the “promenade des anglais” in Nice. Getting down to the property from the main road is a bit tricky but it is nice to have a secure and private parking space just next to your home. It might get complicated with a big can (van) though. Be aware that on the terrace in front of the house there is a constant background noise of the nearby motorway, near the pool it is very quiet and peaceful. Ein kleines Paradies in Südfrankreich
Wir waren 4 Wochen bei Solange und Jaques in ihrem wunderschönen Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool und wundervoller Terrasse zu Gast. Die Fotos in der Anzeige sind schön, aber die Wirklichkeit wird noch bei weitem übertroffen. Das Ferienhaus ist nicht groß, aber es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Es ist schön ruhig und dank der hervorragend funktionierenden Klimaanlage haben wir immer gut in dem bequemen Bett geschlafen. Die große Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein, es gibt 3 Plätze zum Essen und auch Liegen zum Ausruhen. Wir haben die Terrasse jeden Tag bis spät in die Nacht genutzt und diese Zeit wirklich genossen. Der absolute Knaller aber ist der einzigartige, große und sehr gepflegte Pool. Es war uns jeden Tag eine große Freude, darin zu baden und zu schwimmen. Solange und Jaques haben täglich für eine hohe Wasserqualität gesorgt. Und überhaupt sind die Beiden supernette Vermieter, die uns regelmäßig mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten bedacht haben. Schon zur Begrüßung hatte man Wein, Marmelade und Wasser zur Erfrischung bereitgestellt. Sie waren immer zur Stelle, wenn man einen Tipp brauchte und verwöhnen ihre Gäste gern mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten oder frischem Obst. Es war eine wundervolle Zeit, wir haben sehr viel gesehen, erlebt und uns sehr gut erholt. Vielen lieben Dank, Solange und Jaques, wir werden uns immer sehr gerne an die wundervolle Zeit bei euch erinnern. Dieses Ferienhaus können wir uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und geben für alles 5 Punkte

Huisje met mooie terrassen en geweldig zwembad.
Leuk klein huisje, goed voorzien van alles, wel beetje gedateerd. Mooie terrassen met BBQ, ligbedden, eettafel,... Zwembad is geweldig en zonder inkijk. Geschikt voor een koppel, met een niet te grote wagen (steil pad en moeilijk draaien).

Über den Dächern von Nizza
Wir verbrachten herrliche Tage in dem kleinen Ferienhaus. Es wirkt sehr ursprünglich, es macht den Eindruck eines älteren kleinen Wohnhauses. Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück ist für größere Vans oder tiefergelegten Autos eher ungeeignet. Der Pool ist toll, ganz so wie beschrieben. Wir hatten ihn ganz für uns allein. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und wir erhielten ganz viele Tipps und Hinweise was man in Nizza und Umgebung unternehmen kann. Wir würden uneingeschränkt jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Klein aber fein
Das Haus ist etwa alt und klein, aber schön und sehr gut und mit viele Liebe eingerichtet. Selber das Haus zu finden ist fast unmöglich, aber die Gastgeberin hat uns auf der Strasse empfangen und den Weg gezeigt. Zufahrt ist auch eine Herausforderung. Zu Hause war für uns eine Flasche Wein, selbstgemachte Konfitüre und Gemüse vorbereitet. Sehr nett. Vielen Dank. Mit allem und ganzem sind wir sehr zufrieden. Noch mals vielen Dank.
