Für einen günstigen Urlaub gut
An sich eine schöne kleine Ferienwohnung, die ich vor allem wegen des Preises gewählt hatte. Man hatte immer einen Parkplatz am Haus und die Lage war auch gut. Im Bad allerdings war die Decke voller Schimmelflecken, da keine richtige Lüftung stattfinden kann und der Lüfter darin eher schwach ist. Nach dem Toilettengang und dem Duschen muss man also die Tür aufmachen und durch die Wohnung nach draußen lüften, wenn später jemand ins Bad möchte. Das Bett war okey von der Bequemlichkeit, man hatte Rollos und Vorhänge und dadurch wunderbare Dunkelheit, allerdings sind die Wohnungen hellhörig und so hört man die Nachbarn eben doch. Das Equipment in der Küche war auch eher begrenzt, aber okey. Ich hätte mich über Schüsseln und größere Töpfe gefreut. Froh war ich darüber, dass alles digital geklärt wurde und man nicht mal Kontakt zu einer Rezeption aufnehmen musste. Für einen günstigen Urlaub ist das also okey, aber der Schimmel war abschreckend. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären auch sehr angenehm gewesen.

Liten leilighet, men balkong stort pluss. Hyggelig nabolag, hvor alle hilste på oss. Litt usikkerhet rundt adresse og adkomst, 21 var en kirke på den ene siden av veien, og 21a var overnattingsstedet på den andre. Gangavstand til flere små koselige bakerier og spisesteder.

Die Adresse ist falsch. Die Unterkunft hat die Hausnummer 21a und nicht 21... Das ist ein Kirchengebäude. Man irrt ziemlich umher, bis man zufällig die Hauswand mit den Schlüsselsafes entdeckt oder Hilfe durch eine nette Nachbarin erhält

Im großen und ganzen eine perfekte Unterkunft für eine Person. Die Bus-Haltestellen sind allerdings fast einen Kilometer entfernt.

Viel zu dunkel und zu laut. Man kann jedes einzelne Wort vom Nachbar mithören. Und ständig den Zigarettengeruch vom Nachbarn im Raum, wahrscheinlich durch die Lüftung im Bad.

Lage ruhig und noch recht zentral. Moderne Zimmer. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wurde für einen Kurzaufenthalt wieder dort wohnen.

Im großen und Ganzen eine angenehme Unterkunft. Was mir missfallen hat ist, dass die Mail für den Schlüsselcode erst am Anreisetag ankam und lärmendes Servicepersonal wenn Zimmer neu hergerichtet wurden.

Sehr sauber. Sehr gemütlich. Sehr gut organisiert mit Schlüsselkasten. Parkplätzen am Haus. Bis auf das Wlan das war in Raum 8 nicht vorhanden. Würde es immer wieder buchen und such weiter empfehlen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung zum guten Preis. Liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung und man ist schnell in der Innenstadt selbst. Kühlschrank und Kochutensilien vorhanden.

Die Unterkunft hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt und im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften sogar die Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Einrichtung war Zweckmäßig und freundlich modern. Aufgefallen sind uns eine kleine Beschädigung vom Alibert- Schrank und eine defekte Fliese. Das wäre aber ganz sicher meckern auf hohem Niveau! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Zimmer ok, für kalte Nächte nur bedingt empfehlbar
die Unterkunft wurde vom 08. bis 12.05. gebucht, aber die Mail mit dem Schlüsselcode wurde erst am 11.05. mittags geschickt. Zum Glück konnte das Problem am 08. telefonisch geklärt werden. Im Zimmer guckt ein Thermostat aus der Wand, aber im Zimmer ist keine Heizung zu finden. Wenn es für eine Fußbodenheizung gedacht ist, funktioniert sie nicht. Das Thermostat wurde abends (da es da doch recht kalt wurde) aufgedreht, aber das Zimmer wurde nicht warm. Die Heizung im Bad funktionierte einwandfrei (mit einem eigenen Thermostat).

Sauber aber da geht noch was!
Die Unterkunft liegt Zentral-Nah. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und mit dem nötigsten Ausgestattet, Leider funktioniert kein W-Lan. Die Kopfkissen könnten weicher sein. Über dem Klo angebrachte Ablage ist leider Kopfschmerzen-Verursachend. In der Dusche wäre eine Ablage hilfreich für Duschgel und Shampoo. Parkplätze sind ausreichend Vorhanden.
