A/c loud and broken, staff unhelpful
Our stay was really bad because the room was super humid and the a/c was broken. It kept attempting to turn on and off all night and sounded like a jet engine, but didn’t actually cool the room. There were also door banging loudly and the front desk wasn’t able to offer us anything, not even late check out.

Toilet too low, should be about 18 inches. I am a loner on this but could use 2nd grab bar on shower mid wall to cover possible slip. No breakfast at hotel or close by.

Nice, but not worth it.
Nice location within North Adams. Plenty of parking and wonderful views on the town and surrounding mountains. The noise from the hallways seeps through the thin doors. The front desk person did not care about my complaint and did nothing. Not the best place for customer service.

Great Hotel experience
This such a wonderful hotel! Everything seems clean and new. There is a comfortable lounge area to work or read and interesting art galleries on the main floor. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was incredible. The evening and morning staff were so friendly and accommodating. It made the stay so much more relaxing. The only complaint is that there was no breakfast. I wish they would have a continental breakfast. The coffee was delicious.
