This place was filthy. Beds uncomfortable; pillows clearly cheap and flat. Questionable hairs in bathtub and bathroom floor. Provided thin bar of soap. Please do not stay here. TLDR: This place sucks.

The room smelled like an old smoking room. The toilet paper was not even on the holder. There was no breakfast or ice. Will never stay here again. Sign for the hotel is very small and hard to see.

My check in was not good. The lady was quite rude. When I said I would have to go check my license plate number she told me just sign the damn thing. Air conditioner made all kinds of noise and the television had about 3 channels. It advertised a pool, breakfast, and they didn;t have either. I couldn't even get a cup of coffee at 10:15 in the morning

There was no pool or workout room as advertised. There were prostitutes in the parking lot, we did not know there was a truck stop up front, not a good family stay. Very false advertising online!

Checked out early, they stated that we didnt. And it was so problematic. We had even asked at check about the issue of checking out early because we were up here for a funeral and it had to get to our destination sooner than anticipated. And they were really not helpful. James told me we would be refunded, and then the other manager kim would be able to process it. It was never processed.

Evening check in staff very accommodating. This is an older facility. First floor area despite non smoking signs everywhere was unpleasant. Hot water for shower plentiful. Bed comfortable.

Run!! Don't stay here!!
The trip started with a dirty bathroom. We had hair shavings in the sink and hair in the bath tub. We over looked some things for the price but had to leave when the hotel lost power and could not support my husband's CPAP machine. Manager on duty stated there was no generator on premises. After we left, another manager called to state that there was one. Staff was clearly not trained how to handle emergency situations. 10 out of 10 would not recommended. This was a horrible expirence.

Stayed here because we had an event close early the next morning. first we got a call asking if we “actually” needed a handicapped room because they didn’t have anymore even when I booked over a week in advance. although they upgraded our room, it was not handicap accessible, and it was on the top floor, which was inconvenient in itself. Upon opening the door, we were smacked in the face with the smell of feet. Our sheets were messy and thrown together, The towels were stained yellow, Our toilet seat wouldn’t stay up so every time I sat down the dirty seat cover laid on my back, The shower water came out brown, Parts of the carpet were ripped up and sticky, A juice box carton was empty on top of one of our light fixtures and our peep hole to the door had toilet paper shoved in it. I was terrified that we were gonna wake up covered in bumps due to how dirty this place was, but we had no choice as it was late and we had to be up in 4 hours the next morning. We get downstairs to check out the next morning and the Guy behind the counter didn’t look up for a second from his phone as we’re standing at the counter directly in front of him. Before we left I wanted to express our concerns, but knew he would be no help. He finally realized that we were standing there and he just stares at me and I asked if he wanted the card to the room and he just told me to leave it on the counter. We left feeling disgusted and deep, cleaned our bodies and clothes when we got home. Worst hotel ever.

Room was dirty, stained towels, hair in tub, gross. Power went out at 6am and when we returned after our event at 7pm the water was brown. Staff was unprofessional and slow, didn’t talk.
