The stay was pleasant. The women working at the front desk were all super polite and friendly! The room was comfy and felt like I was at home. I did notice some areas of the room were left with crumbs from prior people that stayed. There was a mildew Smell but I wasn’t sure where it was from.

The room and hallways were very nice. The staff at front desk and breakfast were excellent. The grounds and common areas entering and leaving the building need very much improvement, these were dirty and there were people sitting in the parking area. The first impression of a facility is when you arrive and ours was not good. Overall our stay was very good, just clean up your outside and common areas!

The residence Inn is filthy, decrepit and I would not be surprised if they are housing illegals. The smells wafting through the hallways were nauseating. There was standing water in the bathroom sink because the drain closure was broken. I washed my face and brushed my teeth in the kitchen sink. If it wasn't so late at night, I would have left the hotel.....I did so the following day and notified my credit card company to place the charge in dispute......Marriot is failing miserably with this brand..

I have been returning to the Residence Inn for over 6 years. It feels like home. The staffing is always very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for meeting with family and friends and very conveniently for exploring Worm Town and Central MA.
