Very comfortable, friendly, excellent location
Excellent stay and will definitely book again next time I'm in Northampton. Comfortable mattress and bedding - didn't really want to get out of that bed the next morning! Quiet, spacious, clean and well-equipped room with blackout curtains. Everything just as it should be. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location too - less than a 10-minute walk from the musuem, Royal & Derngate and centre and 5 minutes from the station.

Good nights sleep.
Room was clean and staff very friendly. Cod t connect to Wi-Fi on second device. The bed was comfortable and room was a nice temperature. Overall I was pleased with my stay. Had to check out a day early fr family reasons but would have been happy to stay.

Very worn/tired decor. Walking in the corridor is very noisy and feels like the floor is not solid/concrete. 24hrs parking is £8 and the car park has a door connecting to the hotel on the ground floor. But there is a cheaper council car park nearby. You also need to use your room card to operate the lift. Good location though and friendly staff. It is decent for the price you pay.

Overall good.
Good price and friendly staff. The room was cold but did have an electric heater that warmed it enough after time. The bathroom was modern but the room dated. Comfortable bed, convenient location overall it was good for my one nights stop over due to work.

Great centre hotel
Great location for the city centre. Rooms are of a fairly generous size. Bar to around 11pm only. Breakfast available for an extra fee with little variety as only one real hot option. Car park is independent and £8/night or 24hrs.

I think it speaks for itself when the hotel has to issue earplugs when you enter your room. Extremely noise all night bed not comfortable. The noise and uncomfortable sleeping made us leave at 2am in the morning for 3hour journey home instead of staying the night.
