At the price point this is an outstanding value in a luxury all-inclusive property. Fantastic location, modern facilities, excellent food. Wonderful diving and snorkeling. Best for those who donā€™t mind never leaving the resort. Caters primarily to destination Italian tourists.

Hotel for Italian tourists

This hotel is only for Italian and there is no road to the hotel but a road for 4wheel during 25 minutes. The hotel is isolated. The malgache staff is great and the Italian staff is for Italian so you won't participate to their activities. Beach is great Room are huge and clean with ocean view

Very nice and calm hotel resort near ocean with lovely nature view. Far from the crowdy places and beaches - very private, comfortable when relaxing is the requested. Close by very traditional villages - no tourism around - original Madagascar. Hotel staff very friendly, animation programs during the day - most of the guests are Italians but very friendly and English is not an obstacle. Would recomandate in case that youā€™re looking for relaxing and romantic vacation in a pleasant modern resort deep in the nature.

Nous avons passĆ©s un excellent sĆ©jour Ć  l'hotel Amarina ! L'accueil excellent, le personnel est tellement gentil et au petit soin. Nous Ć©tions les seuls franƧais (d'origine malgache), l'hĆ“tel est exclusivement italien. Toutes les activitĆ©s sont en italiens. Mais avons Ć©tĆ© bien intĆ©grĆ©s par les animateurs. Les chambres trĆØs propres. La nourriture bonne. La piscine ainsi que les espaces sont trĆØs bien entretenus. L'hotel dispose d'une plage privĆ©e seulement pour les clients de l'hĆ“tel ce qui est vraiment top ! L'hotel est safe (surveiller par des gardes nuit et jour) Les seul points nĆ©gatives : - Services de l'hotel (excursions) sont relativement chers - La route est mauvaise et l'hĆ“tel trĆØs excentrĆ© - Manque de distributeur pour retirer de l'argent Dans l'ensemble nous avons passĆ©s de trĆØs bonnes vacances et nous reviendrons surement !

Resort ottimo sotto tutti gli aspetti. Se devo ricercare una piccola debolezza devo dire che il mare pur essendo bellissimo non ĆØ caraibico. Mi spiego meglio, non cā€™ĆØ la sabbia bianca ma ĆØ voler cercare il pelo nellā€™uovo. Ristorante ottimo e pulito, animazione ottima ma non invadente, ambiente da relax assoluto. Tutti i servizi sono ottimi. Ho fatto escursioni con Mora Mora Erick e con Frido. Entrambi affidabili e disponibili. Che dire ā€¦ unā€™angolo di paradiso. Vacanza ottima.

Enjoyed our stay, but...

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Our suite was spacious and had air conditioned and was beach front which was amazing. The pool and beach was great and relaxing. The staff, mostly Italians were very helpful and nice, although most of them didnā€™t speak English. Elizabeth from the reception was also very helpful. Important things to know: First, the WiFi didnā€™t work most of the time. You can only get it near the reception and even then itā€™s extremely slow and didnā€™t work most times. Second, the food was not that good. We stayed for 5 days and had pretty much the same to eat every day. The hotel is far from everything so you canā€™t go out to eat in a restaurant or something. Third, the bed wasnā€™t that great and wasnā€™t a real bed, more like a sponge bed.
