Get ready for a truly memorable vacation in Martha's Vineyard at this cozy studio condo within the wooded Island Inn community. During your stay, enjoy access to a shared pool, Har-Tru clay tennis courts, and a picnic and BBQ area.

Take a short stroll over to the beach to watch the sunrise and then head north just a mile-and-a-half to visit the adorable town of Oak Bluffs. Walk among 19th-century gingerbread cottages, ride the Flying Horses Carousel, the oldest working carousel in the United States, climb to the top of the East Chop lighthouse, and then dine in one of several local restaurants. Adjacent to your rental, visiting golfers will want to challenge the 18 spectacular holes of the gorgeous, semi-private, Farm Neck Golf Club.

Perfect for a romantic getaway, this first-floor condo has free WiFi to let you stay connected with friends and family back home, a flatscreen, cable TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette (including silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils).

Other amenities include shared washers/dryers and a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

We love the island inn!
This is our second timing staying at the island inn and we will definitely be returning! Don’t love dealing with vacasa and the corporate mentality but I wouldn’t hold that against the property at all! Highly recommend just hope Vacasa improves.

Very clean, comfortable and it exceeded our expectations would receive it to everyone. Friendly staff! Only negative is the walls are a little thin so you hear the neighbors. Dogs are very welcome and it is perfectly set up for them.

A good place to rest and sleep.
This VRBO was a good place to stay while visiting Martha’s Vineyard. Near Oak Bluffs and on the bike path. It is equipped to cook (although we did not). Good for a couple!

Love the island inn
Perfect location. Close to everything . Super clean. Friendly staff . The only suggestion is I could not find a cutting board or vegetable peeler . Other than that , kitchen was stocked with all utensils etc needed .

Easy to get around and walking distance from the beach!! The drop off service for bicycles was so handy. Let’s not forget about the amazing restaurant at the top of the road which serves superb food !!

Good hotel, not a vrbo, Vacasa bad
This is a private hotel run by Vacasa. I do not know why VRBO allows them to advertise on their site. Since they are a hotel, their service absolutely sucks. They texted me the wrong entry code. The front desk says that happens a lot. The staff are nice enough once you get in, but you’re up to your ankles in the shower in 3 minutes. Then, as if I forgot my check out date, they text me again AT 8:30 ON SUNDAY MORNING “reminding” me to leave. Already very early check out at 10 am. I will not stay again if I have to use vrbo or Vacasa.

Lovely end of summer holiday
We had a wonderful time here, the rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. We could keep our bikes and kayaks outside our room, right on the bike trails, around the corner from Farm Neck where we played golf and close to the pond for kayaking and the beach a stones throw away. We will definitely book for next year!

Nice spot, not a lot of frills
Great overall experience; our kids had a great time and we loved the dog-friendly accommodations. The room itself was very basic, i’d give it a B- / C+, but the location and overall grounds made up for the room’s shortcomings. We’d come back when the tennis courts and pool are open.
