Access to the pool, Har-Tru clay tennis courts, and grilling area means you'll never run out of ways to relax. Plus, this studio double's location near the shore and activities can't be beat.

Tee off right down the road at the gorgeous Farm Neck Golf Club, sure to be one of your new favorite courses. Rent a kayak to explore the area's waves, or head up to Inkwell Beach for a taste of sun and sand. You're positioned on a bike path and bus route here, so getting around is easy. Or just enjoy sitting by the pool.

Back at your rental, you'll find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge, stove, oven, and microwave. The kitchenette includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Cable TV and free WiFi keep everyone caught up with favorite shows. Complimentary on-site parking means you won't have to stress about where to keep your car. Other amenities include a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
