私は札幌から来たのでサービスが全く違うと思った！ 部屋が黒の壁で狭く感じた。 お風呂にジェットバスが無かった！ 食べ物と飲み物が充実して無かった！ 女性と2人で泊まったので、ビジネスホテルの方が温泉とか食べ物が美味しくて、頼みたい物が無かった、20年前のホテルにタイムスリップした感じがあったけど、価格は高いと思った！

急な宿手配には良いです
急に宿泊をする事になり、急いでコスパの良いホテルを探さなくてはならなくなりました。 価格からこちらのホテルを選ぼうと思いましたが、外観とホテル名から、通常のホテルとは違う事は一目瞭然。 夫婦での宿泊でしたが、即決するには多少躊躇しました。 しかし子供の宿泊もOKとの事。 なので、価格優先で予約をしましたが、実際は普通のラブホテルでした(汗) スタッフの対応も良かったし、部屋も綺麗でしたが、車を乗り入れる時もちょっと周りを気にしてしまいました。 でも、宿泊自体は快適でした。

2泊3日の連泊でした
総合的に良かったです。コロナ対策もしっかりやってたかなと思います。部屋も綺麗でしたし、サービスも悪くなかった。 ただ、ウェブで予約した時、デラックスというだけで部屋番号が分からず、聞いてから分かりました。 メールでの対応は親切丁寧でしたので満足してますが...チェックイン時の際、ウェブ予約の為か、既にカードで支払っているのに総額いくらかかりますと聞かれ、確認に少々時間がかかりました。 また連泊中はベッドメイクは入りませんが、バスタオル等の消耗品は朝ドアノブにかけてくれます。アメニティなども言えば補充してくれます。 また機会があれば使いたいと思います。
