Staff was very cold during check in. Wasnt greeted or welcomed in just straight to whats the last name. Was told during check in that my king bed reservation was in a pet friendly floor, for someone that is highly allergic to pet dander that was unacceptable so my wife and i were forced to a double ned situation, not the greatest experience for wedding/newlyweds.

Location was good. Hotel on 9th floor outdated not clean and we were put right behind the elevators and it was so noisy the cables going up and down. Nobody should have that room.

Outdoor patio area was relaxing and service was great! All staff was kind and courteous. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean and well supplied. Overall, a wonderful stay!
