Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at Hostal Incanto. The room was spacious and clean, the beds very comfortable. Bathroom was brand new with truly hot water and pressure. For breaksfast the manager took us to the market for a traditional breakfast. He gave us great advice on what to do and when or where to go. I can’t recommend the place enough!

No bedbugs. Clean but very plain rooms. No hot water and dim lighting. Owner is like having a private concierge service - bent over backwards to help us out every which way. Overpriced but very very helpful staff (thanks, Renee!)

Great place to stay!
The check in was very smooth and it was very nice of the receptionist to offer us a discount when we will not be taking breakfast since we were leaving early in the morning. When we had our taxi in the middle of the night, the receptionist was kind to ensure we were awake. The bathroom was very new and clean.

AVOID AT ALL COST!
The owner is very inexperienced in customer service. The description in Hotels.com did not match the room I got. It said there's a TV but there wasn't. The owner said the hotel was opened 2 months before we arrived so that's why there's not TV. He placed us in a room that faced the streets. We couldn't sleep all night due to the noise from the street. Also when someone spoke in the hall you heard him as if he's in your room. Breakfast had potential as far as food but was dirty. You sit in the top floor and everything is dusty and dirty. We didn't dare touching the cut fruit. Who knows where they were. When I asked upon check in where is breakfast served he wasn't sure about my question and said he could arrange something for us here or we could walk together to the market and choose something. I thought that was a bit weird... He was not consistent with his answers and was caught lying about several subjects. Overall a horrible experience. I will never go back to that hotel nor recommend it to anyone. There's more but I would just summarize it with the title - avoid at all cost!

Un bon rapport qualité prix
Un super hôtel tout neuf, tout propre à deux pas de la place centrale! Comme tous les petits hôtels, l'isolation thermique et phonique n'est pas au top (pas de double vitrage) et il faut demander à actionner la chaudière pour l'eau chaude. Mais le proprio est très sympa et toujours dispo. Il nous a même emmenés prendre un petit déjeuner péruvien au marché situé juste à côté! Bonne adresse bon marché par rapport à l'offre locale!
