Upon arrival the property is stunning. Christmas was in full force around the entire resort. The room was nothing short of dirty, the beds were very small and very uncomfortable, fridge but no microwave, and the coffee pot was in the restroom. We could not see out of our giant windows to enjoy the view because they were so dirty and had a tree leaning into the window. I would not pay that much just to sleep there again. Customer service was awful, extremely unhelpful, did not know the answers to any questions including the shuttle, room location, easy access for handicap, parking, and uber. Did it, would not do it again. 10/10 would not recommend.

Every thing in the hotel comes with a price. Parking self service $37. All activites. $$$$. The sound waves is $57. Free pool but the water is cold. Most of the resturants close around 8. Room service is good but $20 for a hamburger and fries. Drinks out of the vending machine are $5 each. Prepare to pay.

I tried to purchase tickets for the ICE show and I received emails saying I could go before open to the public but I was told since I went through Hotels.com I wasn’t eligible. Huge disappointment and service desk staff has no idea what they are doing. Overall it was disappointing since it’s not cheap to stay there

Inside the atrium is beautiful and well maintained. Parking is a laughable disaster. Staff is almost nonexistent for questions or directions. Everything is very very expensive once inside the dome. Over we enjoyed it but probably won’t come back.

So many amazing things about this resort! There’s lots to see and do, and it’s all impeccably clean and well cared for. The only downside is the cost — quite expensive, even for a small family!

I could not get cell reception in the room and I am really annoyed to have to pay for internet especially with the hotel rate being $500 a night.
