A great clean, modern motel with balconies and the fresh air of the sea just a few mins away from your room. Lovely having a spa bath and a good strong hot shower. Things that marked it down were maybe some more blankets and had to ask for the linen for the sofa bed and when delivered no pillow cases. Some of the lights in the kitchen area were not working, they would have made a less harsh light for main living area. Lights

It’s nice that unit had a spa bath but there were no hand rails to assist getting in & out. The shower was over the tub too which was just too difficult to climb into & nothing to hold onto. Probably wouldn’t stay here again for that reason.

3-night stay
It is a very short walk to the beach and you can enjoy a pleasant stroll along the smooth sand. Located north of the main Orewa shopping area it is still an easy walk to the restaurants. We were upstairs and had glimpses of the sea and the gently breaking waves. We would stay there again.
