ONE OF THE FIRST COTTAGES BUILT IN THE AREA BRIDGE COTTAGE SARGEANTS COTTAGE WAS BUILT IN 1823 BEFORE GOVERNOR SORELL PRONOUNCED THE TOWN OF RICHMOND.

THE SARGEANT WHO OVERSAW THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HISTORIC RICHMOND BRIDGE WAS HOUSED IN THIS COTTAGE.

Amazing to stay in a 200 year old property with all its charms! Quirky and original feel to the place. Central to town and host gave us great tips on where to eat. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks.
