We had one hiccup with the room above us leaking because the person staying there had their air conditioner set so low. Called up to the front desk they were so awesome, within 20 minutes we were moved to a new room and they even upgraded us. That was great customer service. Our stay was very pleasant and staff was great

Not the best stay since it became Hilton
We have stayed here 3 previous trips, before it became a Hilton property. Currently the front drive is under construction and so they have security directing traffic one lane in and out. They have other buildings under construction throughout the facility and the semi trucks getting stuck at the drive causes major back ups. We waited thirty minutes to get out one night, missed our reservation for dinner because of it. Good luck getting your room cleaned or refreshed, they don’t do it daily we only had one day where they knocked for cleaning. They give you a number to text and request towels, and other items, they don’t take care of your trash you have to bring it down to the chute yourself, also there’s a raccoon that visits the trash can at night by the elevator so pay attention and be careful before you throw anything out that there isn’t any wild life in it. Also the second time in a week that we had any of the cleaning people come around was at 9:30 am on checkout day telling us it was check out time, when check out is at 10 am. Couldn’t hardly bother to do anything all week but certainly early to try and kick you out of your place before official checkout time. Also be prepared for them to try and get you to sit through a timeshare pitch when all you ask for is the parking pass for your vehicle at the second desk they send you to when checking in.

We was told we was going to be on bottom floor building 700 later at night went to check in our room after our event we were stuck in building 900 very top floor. The noise was horrible throughout the whole night did not settle down and get quiet until about 3:30 AM, the Floors in the room were disgusting There was hair left behind dust Room smelt like cigarettes, very unhappy

Fun in Aqua Solo
Great stay. Very spacious. Lots of activities right on the premises. 2 pools plus a kids water park, fishing, miniature golf, basket ball, bike riding, paddle boats. Bbqs, a fire pit for s’mores. A tiki bar, a robot ice cream machine. A gym, this location is only 20 minutes from all theme parks, close to grocery stores. Love this place . The friendly staff always keeping you updated and willing to help in anyway.

Great stay
Our stay was great! We had a three bedroom, which actually gives you not only 3 bedrooms, but 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living spaces and 2 balconies. We had 3 kids and 3 adults and there was tons of space. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The pool was great, the kids enjoyed the waterslides.

Had a great time at the property. Even with hurricane Debby, kids had fun at the property and the waterpark. Great parts: - Our room had 2 floors, 2 beds, and 2 baths - pullout couch. Good for us with 3 kids. - Our place was clean and getting extra towels was very easy - just send a text. Staff were friendly. - Waterpark was great. Kids had a blast. Sloped entry to the water so that made it easy for our toddler. There are life jackets available and towels. There's also a restaurant and an automated ice cream machine next to the restaurant. - Plenty of pools and other things to do like mini-golf, basketball, tennis. You can rent bikes and pedal boat. And I think you can fish there, too. - Arcade was good. There are an assortment of games and an Xbox. - Having a kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher) with plates, utensils, cups, etc is awesome when staying with a bunch of kids. - Bathrooms were clean and working. There's shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. Lotion by the sink. - Daily events like bingo by the waterpark Other: - Gated community - No convenience store in the property, but there is a 7-11 close by, along with grocery stores, Target (2-3 miles away), Starbucks and Walmart (also 2-3 miles away). Minor inconvenience: some the sockets seem loose. For example, when charging your phone, you'll have to wiggle the charger around to make sure your phone is actually charging. Again, minor inconvenience. Highly recommended and we would stay there again.

I stayed here with my girlfriend for the first time and all I know is I’ll be coming back, instead of the hotel feel, they created an apartment type of environment, almost feels like home away from home. Very nice, kitchen is small but perfect for cooking, overall had a great experience and was very pleased with the pricing!

Unfortunately didn’t get to use the pools due to the weather. But in general very clean and employees very friendly and accommodating. Would like to go back and get my moneys worth with the amenities.
