Best overnight trip EVER! Eugenio checked us in and gave us a free major upgrade to a fantastic room walking distance from the pool. The restaurant was great. Everyone was friendly. Communication was top notch, they send you a text at the check in and anything you want to know, you just text and someone responds right away. I can't think of a single thing I would change about that stay... All the stars to Mystic Dunes!

The location was just perfect. Our flight was changed and we arrived, they had no problem letting us check in early. Everyone was very helpful the location is very clean, and quiet. We called for more trash bags they told us 30 min and was at the door in 15 min. We will be stay there again.

This property provides a home away from home style. Everything you need to feel like home during your vacations. But the big difference is the luxury and the quiet area, 4 pools to choose and a very practical location, far and near enough of parks, malls and the Orlando tourist areas. Great Hilton property.

This is a get away resort, but you can jump in your car and get to the parks or the Orlando tourists area and get back to you home for a weekend or a week or more. Very convenience if you like the Hilton and more upscale style of accommodation.

Amazing resort!!
This place was the highlight of our vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bianca and Roxanne who work the front desk/check went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one!! I can’t thank them enough. We looked forward to all the games and activities that are scheduled on the daily. Can’t wait to return for another great experience!!

Fully enjoyable stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were very roomy and comfortable. Fully appointed kitchen, we had everything we needed for coffee and cooking. The waterfall pool was beautiful and relaxing.

This was a great resort other than the pools seemed to shutdown a lot and early each day which wasn't fun for my teenage children. Other than this, it was fantastic!

The property is beautiful and located very close to the parks, dining, etc. The golf course is lovely and well maintained. There were not very many options on site for activities - there is one pool that I saw and it was packed daily. Also there is no lifeguard, and a little girl was airlifted to the hospital one night because she almost drowned. There is a small putt-putt golf course on site. The housekeeping does not clean the room, but will bring clean towels. Our room had been "recently updated", but the floors were super dirty and there was a lot of dust. It needed a good deep cleaning. It was very quiet and we enjoyed having our own washer/dryer. They did charge $175 in taxes and fees for 5 nights, which was kind of a shock. Overall, liked our stay and would return.
