Great value for 6-8 adults

Overall, great value for a large place that sleeps 6-8 adults with 2 full bathrooms! Slightly musty smelling at times but overall very clean. Sleeper sofa (spring type, not foam/futon type) was not very comfortable. Did see a few tiny ants a few times, but they weren’t really an issue for us. Maintenance was going to treat for the ants after we checked out. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautifully landscaped, friendly staff. The resort is not new and there are some repairs necessary. One of the electrical outlets near our beds’ table lamp did not work. Strangely, the fridge doors opened the wrong way in the apartment our son rented.

The thermostat was set so you couldn’t turn the temp down. Wasn’t until we called down 4 times they reset it Wasted a lot of time dealing with us Not everyone keeps their temp at 70 Wasn’t happy about this

I consider myself a patient person and I understand mistakes happen, but the level of incompetence and poor service was off the charts for this resort. Checked in at 3:30 on a Thursday, received key and drove to our building and the key doesn’t work. Ok, it happens. Drive back to front office and they reset the keys, go back and key doesn’t work. Contact concierge and they said door battery might be dead and they will send someone to let us in. 45 minutes and security shows up to let us in and say engineer on way to fix door. Guy shows up and replaces battery then says security has to reprogram lock. It’s now 5:20 and we are starving so we leave for dinner while security is supposed to reprogram lock. Return to room at 8:50 and door still does not work. Drive back to front office and request a new room. They say No and they will send security to let us in. 1 hour goes by and security finally shows up and “informs” us the door doesn’t work, then takes our keys to go back and reprogram and leaves before I can say a word and request him to let us in the room. This goes on and on until 11:00pm when we finally get in the room, but THE LOCK STILL DOES NOT WORK!

Awesome resort experience!

5 Stars! I cannot recommend this resort enough! The suites were gorgeous, the staff friendly, courteous and extremely helpful and the views breathtaking. This will now be my go-to for all non-Disney related stays in Orlando
